Here is a story of our Trainee Hero:

Trainee Hero was in the newbie pool a few years prior to us. What he did was courageous and liberating...and hence..the stuff that legends are made of.
Trainee Hero showed up to the Senior BBQ with a...ahem...date... (Whether or not she was on the clock is still under speculation.) And he came ready to party - shiny douchebag shirt, tight jeans, slicked back hair - the works. This was in sharp contrast to all the eager keeners in their pleated khakis and pressed polos.
Not content with his date, he proceeded to 'court' one of the senior female directors of the bank. When approached by another senior female banker of the firm who suggested he leave, he responded ‘Quit trying to c@ck bl@ck me’ loud enough for everyone to hear.
Needless to say he was not admitted in the building for work the following Monday.
