Simon's Observations:

1. Has business cards and presentations sent back so they can be altered to not have his title printed because he believes it does not do him justice.
2. Worships authority with the secret desire to one day stab them in the back.
3. Genuinely loves the work he does and finds it incredibly meaningful.
4. Sometimes he gets so excited by a new pitch or mandate, he starts salivating as he speaks and needs to take a moment to contain his emotions.
5. Can't type.
6. All emails to an analyst will contain the phrase 'this is crap'
7. All emails to an assistant will contain 'prnt for me'
8. All emails to management and deal teams will contain 'please disregard we will resend'
9. Makes various awkward finance jokes.
10. Does the hover, much to the annoyance of all seniors.
