This group is characterized by complete social misfits, stress cases and hissy fits.This group is easily the most difficult group to deal with, and all the other groups in the institution go through painful efforts to try and minimize their interaction with them.
The work in leveraged finance itself is not complicated; companies want debt and this group provides a view of how much debt they can have and at what price. In other banks, the leveraged finance group is usually the most docile, knowing that they are considered the least glamorous of all the other groups. However in the Institution, this group has become the most abrasive, on account of its unbalanced characters and their constant belligerence.
