Typical conversations go like this:

“I know!...I hate it so much..who does he think he is. I could do his job so much better than him; I could run this whole place – I should just quit and soon they’ll be begging to kiss my ass when I have my own billion dollar company”
“Yea what a prick loser – im so out of here”

And this typically continues….but no one ever leaves…
The thing is no one wants to be the first to go. As much as they hate it, they all want bragging rights. And ALL the seniors know this.
Side note: Does anyone read these emails? I mean we wrote this whole book while working at the Institution...Through our work email. Nice to see that the institution managing your life savings is running such a tight ship.
